Highlights of SPA Program

All faculty are certified by the American Speech-language-Hearing Association (ASHA) or licensed by the state of West Virginia for Speech and Hearing.

Faculty are experienced in speech pathology, hearing impaired education, sign language and professional interpreters of the deaf, special education, and audiology.

Small classes, excellent student to faculty ratios (usually 15 or fewer students to 1 faculty), adequate computer access with Virtual Audiometry, anatomy, and assessment protocols.
