The Intellectual Property and Innovation Assistance program in The Center for Entrepreneurship works to assist students and others interested in pursuing information regarding patents, copyright and trademark protection.  In addition, the program assists those individuals with technology transfer of their property to create a market for a new product or idea. The Launchpad on Main Campus is available for students wishing to collaborate on innovative creations and new business development.

An exciting program which has been held at West Liberty University for the past few years is the Emerging Minority Business Leaders (EMBL) Program, designed to develop and empower students from a wide variety of ethnic, economic and cultural backgrounds to become the next generation of entrepreneurs and technology leaders for the advancement of American Society.
